Reducing stress is a key part of life, for living happily and reducing the breakdown of your body. Not many of my friends have tried the spiritual journey but that's not the point of this post. The point is - are you stepping outside of your comfort zone (in your life)? Are you stepping out of your comfort zone of looking inwards ? Remember you only grow when you step out of your comfort zone.
I am not preaching you follow him. But are you spending any minutes a week towards inwards growth ? Sadhguru helped reduce my stress. Oh and here below is his photo from the conference :) Now I can finally share some of his great words I heard.
