"Let's blame cholesterol, obesity, stress and smoking and call it a day" is what most articles say, like the one I read. Or "Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables". The heart attacks often don't come from these known blockages. They come from when inflammation and plaque are being built up in your arteries and a piece breaks off, going anywhere. This is how someone gets a sudden stroke or heart attack. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE LONGER YOU HAVE TO STOP THESE BREAKAGES OF PLAQUE & THE FORMATION OF PLAQUE IN YOUR ARTERIES. Unfortunately most newspaper articles don't talk much about this.
