I think it's been about 4 weeks since I updated about depression. Well it's been an interesting time.
This is not been an easy journey. I think I have entered my best phase in the last one week. I’ve been taking my natural supplements, St. johns wort for seven weeks now I’m sure that is having an effect. However, what I’m most curious about is what effect the food has on this, I have been eating tryptophan loaded foods for two months now. In natural remedies diet it’s considered the most important element however diet takes a long time. I’ve been having this diet for over two months now and I’m sure this is also having a strong impact.
So my summary is, the natural remedy is working, has minimal side effects, and so far I’m happy and continuing with this.
