At least for the first 3-4 weeks when you are trying to reverse diabetes everyone is suggesting going vegan.
So here in our CureMyDiabetes kitchen we have started to research making soy milk and almond milk in house.
Why? Store bought soy milk lasts 6 months or longer, my home made one only last 3 days. There's got to be things the companies add to the natural almond and soy milk to give it 6 months life. And I believe that natural is better so I am making fresh soy milk and almond milk.
Dairy is becoming more and more controversial, specially with hormones, chemicals, and the quality of food local cows eat. These natural milks are coming out quite tasty.
Since reversing diabetes is all about the food we are leaving no stone unturned in bringing everything natural and fresh.
Reversing Diabetes Requires We Eat Fresh Without Preservatives
I've been getting ready to launch our CureMyDiabetes kitchen, and at the same time reading up on diabetes. There is more and more science around reversing diabetes and lots of books on it.
