To eat High Nutritious Foods we have to eat foods with high density of micro-nutrients such as minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals. This is known as the Aggregate Nutrient Density or the ANDI score. Here is a chart from USA showing the ANDI scores of many foods found today. "Whole Foods" Anerica's most successful organic grocery chain recently adopted ANDI scores across all its stores. This graph below is a very useful tool for ascertaining what kind of approximate ANDI score a food item might have. Learning this will be very useful in India.
